Pamela received her master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Trinity University in 2007, and a double major in Business Administration (Finance Concentration) and Economics, with an International Studies minor from Truman State University in 2005. She has over 15 years of healthcare compliance, contracting, medical credentialing, group practice setup and administration, human resources/EEOC matters, revenue cycle compliance, business correspondence, safety and insurance risk management experience. In 2019, she was honored to become a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE) through the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). Over the years, she has served as a Senior Executive in individual physician practices and medium-large multispecialty group practices. She holds a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification from the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) as well as a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) certification from the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), which equipped her with the knowledge and expertise to help many organizations she worked for to become and stay compliant in all areas of their practice.
